Lawyers Without Borders’ annual conference : "Law and International Cooperation : A volunteer lawyer’s experience in Colombia"

The conference will be given by Me Elizabeth Patterson, a lawyer specialized in international law, commercial law and protection of intellectual property at Hutchins Caron & Associés.
A former student at the McGill Faculty of Law (B.C.L., LL.B.,
1999), she has been a member of Lawyers Without Borders since 2003
and has been involved in many cases concerning human rights and
legislative reform projects.
In her address, she will discuss the Lawyers Without Borders’
organization and mission and will talk about her experience as a
volunteer lawyer in Colombia in the fall of 2009.
