Zhikun Zhang

Zhikun is a PhD candidate at the Beijing Normal University. She worked with Dr. Prof. Marta Kobiela and her team as a visiting student at the McGill Unversity during the year of 2022. She is interested in visual and spatial thinking in mathematics and is now working on her doctoral thesis about the assessment of students' spatial reasoning in primary school mathematics. She completed her M.A. in Education Assessment and has been taking part in the national and regional compulsory education assessment in China since 2015. In her spare time, she enjoys dancing and playing the flute.
