Online Questionnaire (II)

St-Viateur

Your opinion matters!

On the pages that follow you’ll find the SECOND of our two online questionnaires. If you have not yet done the FIRST of these, please click here!

This online questionnaire has been designed as a quick and easy way to have your say about a community-based vision statement and design ideas for St-Viateur Street. By taking a few moments to respond, you will be greatly helping our research team! It should only take about 15 minutes to complete the questionnaire, and you will be free to leave any questions unanswered should you so desire.

The objective of this questionnaire is to receive your feedback on the outcomes of the online questionnaire and visioning workshop. Your input will inform design scenarios aimed at creating a more user-friendly street. This survey will take 15 to 20 minutes to complete. You are under no obligation to respond to every question and you can exit the survey at any time.
