Operations Management (For Non-Management Students)

Do you want to pursue a career that involves decision making at the operational level of business? McGill’s Operations Management Minor has been designed to give non-management students an understanding of the key concepts in operations management theory and practice. 

Operations management keeps the business wheels turning, spanning all areas of business from production to distribution. With a strong focus on statistics, strategy and managerial skills, an Operations Management Minor will teach you how to design, plan, control, coordinate and improve business processes, systems and resources integral to the creation of products and services.
