With the removal of the global travel advisory, McGill will now be able to return to pre-pandemic travel conditions, allowing for freer movement of students, faculty and staff.

How To Book & Pay For Vehicle Rentals


IMPORTANT NOTICE: Before renting a vehicle for University related activities review this important Insurance Information


Rental throughout Canada

Directly on their McGill landing sites or through Vision Travel/VisionLink (same rates apply)

Rental outside of Canada

  1. Direct Travel / Concur
  2. CAUBO Canadian Association of University Business Officers

 

  1. Reservations can be held with the traveler’s personal credit card
  2. At the pick-up counter verify rental rate against the rate quoted to you
  3. At return validate all charges

For vehicle rentals over 14 days consider off-airport pick-up location to reduce costs


University Travel Registration Form for Faculty and Staff

It is imperative that you register your travel information using the on-line University Travel Registration form for Faculty and Staff. If you are not already logged in, you will be required to log-in for access.
