TLS offers the following workshops to support students with their success in any learning environment.
All sessions take place online through Zoom.
Learning with Zoom Interested in learning the basics of Zoom for engaging in your courses? This interactive workshop will let you explore and familiarize yourself with Zoom, a reliable web conferencing tool that allows instructors to convene online meetings with students, chat with or without video enabled, and deliver presentations. We will go over how to use Zoom as a student, practice using some common features, and give you tips and techniques to support your remote learning success. |

Fostering Positive Collaboration In this workshop, participants are introduced to some of the soft skills that are essential to any career, academic or not. In particular, they learn about effective workplace productivity techniques, strategies for working collaboratively and individually, and tips to improve and apply their professional skillset. |
