 rkshop on Managing Unprofessional Behaviour 1 and 2 on September 29\, 2026
 \, at the McGill Faculty Club.\n\nWhether you are currently serving in a l
 eadership position or aspiring to take on future leadership responsibiliti
 es within the Department\, this workshop offers you an important opportuni
 ty to develop practical strategies needed to address unprofessional behavi
 our\, foster accountability\, and cultivate respectful\, high-performing w

 ges\, MD\, CCFP\, MSc\, Dip. Sport Med.\n\n				Physician Advisor\, Safe Medica
 l Care\, CMPA\n\n				\n					Read bio\n\n					\n						Eileen completed her medical degree at th
 e University of Ottawa\, She gained her certification in family medicine\,
  and earned a fellowship in sports medicine and a masters in exercise phys
 iology at McGill University.\n\n						She practiced emergency and sports medicin
 e at McGill University where she was an assistant professor and has served
  in many capacities in medical education at the undergraduate and postgrad
 uate level.\n\n						Nationally\, she has served with organizations such as the 
 Canadian Association of Emergency Physicians (CAEP)\, the Canadian Academy
  of Sport and Exercise Medicine (CASEM) as well as the Medical Council of 
 Canada.\n					\n				\n			\n		\n		\n			\n			\n				Heather Murray\, MD\, MSc\, FRCP\n\n				Physician Advis
 or\, Safe Medical Care\, Learning\, CMPA\n\n				\n					Read bio\n\n					\n						Dr. Heather Mu
 rray is a Physician Advisor with the CMPA’s Safe Medical Care Learning gro
 up. Prior to joining the CMPA\, she served as an attending emergency physi
 cian for 26 years and continues to hold the rank of Professor of Emergency
  Medicine at Queen’s University.\n\n						Dr. Murray received her MD from Wester
 n University\, her FRCP in Emergency Medicine from Queen’s\, and her MSc i
 n Clinical Epidemiology from the University of Ottawa. She also holds a ce
 rtificate from the Harvard Macy Program for Educators in the Health Profes
 sions.\n\n						A passionate and innovative educator\, Dr. Murray has received n
 umerous awards\, including the Chancellor A. Charles Baillie Award\, the h
 ighest teaching honour at Queen’s University. Deeply engaged in medical ed
 ucation\, she has held multiple leadership roles in the Queen’s MD Program
 .\n\n						She has also served in senior editorial roles with the Canadian Journ
 al of Emergency Medicine and is currently an Associate Editor with the Can
 adian Medical Association Journal.\n					\n				\n			\n		\n		\n			\n			\n				Véronique Roy\n\n				McCarth
 y Tétrault\, Partner\n\n				\n					Read bio\n\n					\n						Véronique Roy is a partner in the 
 litigation group in Montréal. Her practice focuses on civil\, administrati
 ve and disciplinary litigation\, mostly on professional and medical liabil
 ity.\n\n						Véronique joined the firm as a partner in 2024. Previously\, she p
 racticed litigation within a national firm and a major regional firm.\n\n						A
 s a litigator\, Véronique is recognized for her ability to manage complex 
 cases. She has extensive experience in public and constitutional law litig
 ation.\n\n						Her clients appreciate her diligence and good judgment.\n\n						Véron
 ique is the author of several articles and has participated in several con
 ferences. She is passionate about research and is a member of the board of
  directors of the Canadian Foundation for Legal Research.\n\n						After complet
 ing her law studies (B.C.L.\, LL.B.) with Great Distinction at McGill Univ
 ersity in 2006\, Véronique clerked for the Honorable Louis LeBel at the Su
 preme Court of Canada (2007- 2008). She also holds a bachelor’s degree in 
 communications from UQAM (2000) and a master’s degree in political science
  from McGill University (2003).\n\n						Véronique was called to the Quebec Bar 
 in 2008. She is a member of the Advocates’ Society and has been named in t
 he Benchmark Litigation rankings since 2019.\n					\n				\n			\n		\n	\n\n
