DESCRIPTION:The Faculty Enrichment and Development team will once again off
 er the Leadership Development Program (LDP) for members of the Faculty of 
 Medicine and Health Sciences in Winter/Spring 2027. Our Department has bee
 n allocated a limited number of spots for this program. As such\, we will 
 be conducting an internal selection process to identify and nominated cand
 idates for the program.\n\nWhile there is no registration fee for the prog
 ram\, applicants are required to submit a refundable deposit of $350 at th
 e time of application (fully refundable for cancellations submitted in wri
 ting before January 1\, 2027).\n\nInterested candidates are encouraged to 
 review the program details and submit a brief letter of intent (addressed 
 to the Chair) outlining their interest and alignment with the program to f
 erdinand.ochor [at] mcgill.ca before May 31\, 2026.\n\nThe selected candid
 ates will be invited to proceed with the formal Faculty application.\n
