Professor Christians is organizing a third "careers in tax" luncheon (noon, Thomson House). Our invited guest is Brian Mustard, VP Tax at SNC-Lavalin. Brian was for many years a tax partner at KPMG, specializing in international tax. He also worked as a tax policy officer at the federal Department of Finance and later served as executive director of the federal Minister of Finance’s Advisory Panel on reform of Canada’s international tax system in 2007-08. In that capacity he was heavily involved in the preparation of the Advisory Panel’s final report tabled in December 2008. His career experience places him at the crossroads of professional practice, government service and private sector tax management. Students are invited to ask any question they'd like to see answered.
