The objective of this project is to increase the awareness of the environmental impact of transportation at McGill. This will be achieved through two step process. The first is better understanding the current travel patterns and future transportation needs of McGill students, faculty and staff. The second is using the data collected to develop a set of strategies that can influence behavioural change among members of the McGill community as relevant. For example identifying alternative means of transport that are available to reach McGill campuses, or strategies that could be developed in conjunction with transit agencies where applicable to encourage the use of active transportation modes.
