  groups centered on our five cross-cutting categories of goals. We would l
 ike to invite you to join us as we strengthen our vision and explore how t
 o overcome barriers while building on existing potential around each goal.
  We're well into our visioning and planning process and we have put togeth
 er a preliminary draft of our Vision and Goals document (the second of our
  three big documents\, based on 8 months of what we've been hearing from t
