Making the Most of your Doctoral Experience

GPS has launched a new video explaining the connections between the Individual Development Plan, the Letter of Understanding (mandatory program milestone for PhD students) and annual Progress Tracking. These three tools work together to set clear goals and communicate expectations between students and supervisors, helping students make the most of their graduate experience at McGill.

The video is part of the myPath series complementing the new Peer Pathways Program, where students can establish their Individual Development Plan (IDP) with the support of their peers in small group settings.
