Politique : This course deals with roles and responsibilities of coaching, change and transition issues, performance coaching and developmental coaching skills. As a key practical component of this course, participants will be given the opportunity to learn, apply, and hone coaching skills for effective leadership in an organizational setting.

Terms: This course is not scheduled for the 2023-2024 academic year.

  • Prerequiste: CPL2 591

  • Restriction: Restricted to students in the Graduate Certificate in Leadership. The course must be taken in the first term.
