Sciences de la gestion (CCE) : The course takes an operations point of view to look at companies and industries in the services sector. It builds on conceptual frameworks and cases from a wide range of service operations, selected from health care, hospitality, internet services, transportation, retailing, financial services, humanitarian services, government services, and others.
