Procédure : Pre-trial civil procedure and applications for appeal in Canada. Launching a civil action and pleadings; jurisdiction and judicial organization; prerogative writs and evocation; motions and interlocutory relief; pre-trial mediation and settlement; discovery and costs. Emphasis on Quebec Code of Civil Procedure, Ontario Courts of Justice Act and Rules of Practice, Supreme Court Rules and Federal Court Rules.
