Génie mécanique : Physical properties of fluids. Kinematics and dynamics of fluid flow: stress in a continuum, rates of strain, rotation. Control volume analysis; conservation of mass, linear momentum and energy; Euler and Bernoulli equations; Flow measurement. Dimensional analysis and dynamical similarity. Laminar and turbulent flow in pipes and boundary layers.
