Many of our services continue to be offered online. Effective Wednesday, June 16, some prescheduled in-person services will be offered. The Student Wellness Hub has limited in-person spots available on Mondays and Thursdays at both the downtown and Macdonald campuses.

Physical Wellness

Physical wellness is one of eight components found on the Wellness Wheel.

This component describes the ability to take good care of your physical body. It involves active living, eating a balanced diet, seeking regular medical check-ups, getting adequate and regular sleep, and limiting or eliminating the use of tobacco, drugs, and alcohol. 

The Student Wellness Hub provides quality, comprehensive health care in a convenient campus location. If you are an international or Canadian non-resident student, take a look at International Student Services' section on international health insurance to learn more about your coverage. 

If you'd like to find out where you can buy fresh, local produce on and off campus, as well as where you can eat well on campus, consult the Hub's Healthy Eating page for self-help information.

Finally, to help support an active lifestyle, Athletics and Recreation offers a wide range of exercise facilities including a pool, a fitness centre, an aerobics room, and much more.
