Starting to feel the pressure? Support is always available. You can access the following options on your own time, when it suits your schedule:

  1. TAO: Interactive online coping tools and skill-building exercises for mental health. You can access it 24/7, and even schedule meetings with a clinician at the Student Wellness Hub to help guide you through the program.

  2. Nightline/Chatline: Active listening support by phone or chat, available from 6pm-3am every night. Reach their student volunteers at (514) 398-6246.
  3. 7 Cups: A free, confidential chat listening service available 24/7. Browse available listeners to choose the right fit for you.

If you’re ready to explore your options in person but would rather connect with a peer or neighbour, try the Peer Support Centre on-campus or Vent Over Tea off-campus.
