Many of our services continue to be offered online. Effective Wednesday, June 16, some prescheduled in-person services will be offered. The Student Wellness Hub has limited in-person spots available on Mondays and Thursdays at both the downtown and Macdonald campuses.

Emotional Wellness

Emotional Wellness

Emotional wellness is one of eight components found on the Wellness Wheel.

This component describes the ability to understand, recognize, share, experience, and manage our full range of feelings. It involves adopting a positive outlook in life and engaging in self-exploration. In addition, it includes developing ways to cope with stress and challenges, and seeking out support from others when needed. 

The Student Wellness Hub offers trained professionals (from counsellors to Local Wellness Advisors) who will work with you to alleviate distress, promote self-understanding, and develop effective solutions to the obstacles impeding your growth and success.
