Feeling stressed about exams? Looking for some activities to help bring some calm back into your day? We have just the thing to help!

From December 6th to 20th, there will be a variety of offerings to get you through exam season.

· Looking to decompress? You can try meditation through Counselling Services or visit the hugely popular Blue Ribbon Therapy Dogs!

· More interested in physical activity to boost your energy and help you focus? There are free yoga classes and the McGill Fitness Centre is offering free hours to all students!

· Need to chat or chill out? MORSL’s pop up in the McGill Sports Complex offers relaxation tools such as colouring and soothing audio, with faith volunteers and staff on hand and available to speak with you.

Have a look at the full schedule of activities, and remember that if you’re having an especially tough time, there are a slew of resources available on and off campus to support you.
