COVID-19 Update

To promote social distancing and help with “flattening the curve”, the Brown Student Services Building and the Student Services area in the Centennial Centre are closed until further notice.

All of us in Student Services know that this is a difficult time, and that our students are looking for guidance and support. As this situation is rapidly evolving for us too, we might not have all the answers right away. But we are here to help you get through this, and we will get through this—together.

Assessment Toolkit

Assessing a student life program’s effectiveness is a continual process and ideally should be integrated into a program’s planning cycle. It is important to think about the questions you want to have answered through your program assessment. What is my program designed to accomplish? How well are we doing it? How do we know? How do we use the information to improve or celebrate success?

Incorporate the assesment process into your programming timeline!

checklist: great programming idea, establish objectives, identify assessment methods, manage budget and logistics, market, host event, collect feedback, review and share results, use results to inform decisions about future events
