Book an appointment to be served quickly at your own convenience!

How does it work?

  1. Access myAppointment using your McGill username and password.
  2. Select the date and time you’d like to make your appointment as well as the area you need assistance with (Service Point, Student Exchanges, Student Housing & Dining or McGill Loan Repayment).
  3. You’ll receive a confirmation email after booking your appointment as well as two reminder emails later on- 24 hours before your appointment and 1 hour before your appointment.
  4. When you arrive at Service Point for your appointment choose “Appointment Check-In” from the self-service kiosk and scan your ID card to add yourself to the top of our queue. Someone will serve you momentarily!

How can I check when my appointment is?
You can review your confirmation email to find the date and time of your scheduled appointment. You’ll also receive a reminder email 24 hours and 1 hour before your meeting.

I’m late for my appointment! What can I do?
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you can either take a ticket and see the next available agent at Service Point or schedule a new appointment for the future.

How can I cancel my appointment?
If you’re unable to make it to your appointment you can simply not show up. There is no need to notify Service Point or officially cancel your appointment, you can just schedule another appointment the next time you are available.

Can I make an appointment if I’m not a current student?
At this time only current students are able to use the myAppointment system.
