- Make sure you meet the eligibility requirements for the current academic year.
- Complete and submit this form - Supervisor from Affiliate Organization Request Form.
When to apply
Applications open on July 1 and are accepted until July of the following year.
Application results
You will be notified by email of the results of your application and will be provided with additional information and instructions on your next steps.
Requesting hours for the new academic year
Employers from Affiliate Organizations will submit their new year allocation of subsidy hours request by completing the form - Supervisor from Affiliate Organization Request Form. Upon approval, you will receive an email from Work Study with the details relating to your request.
Need more hours?
Employers from Affiliate Organizations may request additional hours per term by completing the form - Supervisor from Affiliate Organization Request Form. Upon approval, you will receive an email from Work Study with the details relating to your request.
