This form allows members, stakeholders, and partners of the Occupational Therapy (OT) program to provide anonymous feedback to the Reconfiguring for Equity, Praxis, Accountability, Inclusion, and Reconciliation (REPAIR) group.
The group welcomes thoughts, ideas, concerns, positive feedback, and suggestions of any nature related to the mandate and functioning of the REPAIR group.
The REPAIR group always begins with the knowledge that we work in structures historically complicit in systemic and colonial violence. As such, we commit with humility to continually listening, unlearning, and relearning about the equity concerns and hopes of the whole OT program community, stakeholders, and our partners.
Kindly note that since this feedback is anonymous, we may not be able to follow through on concerns, please also consult the resources listed below if needed.
This feedback will be accessed on a weekly basis by the REPAIR chair.
