School of Social Work Fall 2016 Convocations
Fall 2016 Convocation ceremonies will be held Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at 10 a.m. in Salle Wilfrid Pelletier, Place des Arts, 175 St. Catherine Street West.
Tickets
There are no tickets to attend the convocation ceremonies. Each graduand may bring a maximum of 5 guests to the ceremony. We rely on graduands to respect this limit so that the families and friends of all graduands may partake in this special day.
Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Gown Pick Up
Students will pick up their academic regalia together with their line-up card starting Tuesday, November 1, 2016 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and also on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 starting at 8 a.m.

All graduating students will be photographed on stage. The photographer is also available after the ceremony for additional family portraits.
