 ith essential knowledge and practical strategies to better understand\, su
 pport\, and include neurodivergent employees in the workplace. Participant
 s will gain insights into the diversity of neurocognitive profiles and how
  they may manifest in professional settings. Through discussion and real-w
 orld scenarios\, they will explore common barriers faced by neurodivergent
  individuals\, consider inclusive approaches to workplace interactions\, a
 nd reflect on how to create environments that value and accommodate neurod
 iverse ways of thinking and working. The session will also highlight avail
 able resources at McGill\, including accommodation processes and supports 
 for both employees and managers. \n\n	By attending this workshop\, particip
 ants will be better able to: \n\n	\n		Identify different manifestations of ne
 urodiversity and impacts of ableism in the workplace \n		Explore ways to enh
 ance the inclusion of neurodivergent employees \n		Reflect on various scenar
 ios that may arise and determine best practices for intervening and suppor
 ting \n		Summarize available resources including processes for accommodation
