World Voice Day Voice Workshop: Caring for Your Voice/ En voix vers la santé
Does your throat feel tired, feel sore or even disappear after teaching, singing, coaching, talking at the front desk, a night out or even coughing? Associate Professor Tiri Schei (Western Norway University of Applied Sciences) with her research group "Voice InFormation", as well as SCSD Speech-Language Pathology students will give a workshop on vocal warm up and stretching exercises. A short vocal warm up improves the quality of the sounds you make and helps prevent vocal injury, keeping you in good voice and making your voice production feel better.
Date: March 28th (Tuesday) 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Place: Elizabeth Wirth Music Building Rm A-412, 527 Sherbrooke St. W.
