Teaching in the classroom

For immediate technical support on myCourses, Minerva, Email, classroom audiovisual, network and other computer problems:

  • From 8.30am to 6.30pm, call 514-398-3398 (Press the AV support button from any classroom telephone)
  • Send an email toITsupport [at] ( IT Support)
  • Visit the ICS counter in room 225 on the second floor of the 688 Sherbrooke building (9:00 am - 5:00 pm)
  • Refer to information and FAQs available on the McGill IT Knowledge Base.

Online Teaching

For any technical issues related to online courses, please call SCS technical support at 514-398-8988 or send a message to techsupport.scs [at] between 8:30 am and 9:00 pm Monday to Friday; and from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturdays.
