Project title: Automatic epileptic seizure detection in EEG's

Project description (50-100 words suggested): Study the potential of machine learning algorithm to detect seizures on EEG. The first part will be to implement the basic algorithm for this task to create benchmark result. The second part will focus on more recent techniques (deep learning, boosting) to detect seizures more accurately.

Prerequisite: 1 term completed at McGill + CGPA of 3.0 or higher; or permission of instructor.

Grading scheme (The final report must be worth at least 50% of final grade): code development and project meetings (40%), oral presentation (10%), final report (50%).

Project status: This project is taken.
