Do not register for a '396' course on Minerva until you receive departmental permission.

Project title: Regulation of inflammation by angiopoietins
Project description: The mechanisms through which angiopoietins regulate Toll4 signaling in endothelial and muscle cells will be investigated. In particular, we will investigate the involvement of Nur77 as a downstream modulator of NFkB signaling which is regulated by Ang-1-induced mechanisms.
Prerequisite: 1 term completed at McGill + CGPA of 3.0 or higher; or permission of instructor.

Grading scheme (The final report must be worth at least 50% of final grade): the final grade will be based on laboratory performance as evaluated by the research supervisor (50%) and the final written research report (minimum of 10 pages) graded by the supervisor and the course coordinator or the coordinator delegate (50%).
