For the 2021 Winter semester, there is no supplemental fee to participate in any of the on-line group fitness classes offered by McGill Athletics and Recreation. Students simply have to register for the Winter Fitness Class Pass - free of charge - which provides participants with the Zoom Codes needed to attend any of the live-streamed classes, in addition to having access to our on-demand library of recorded classes. Classes are designed so there is no need for equipment other open space in your room.
Sessions include Abs-Back and Bootie, Barre, Body Design, Boot Camp, Hatha Yoga, Pilates, Power Yoga, Tabata, Yoga Flow, and Zumba.
