This class is meant for all bodies and levels.

Exploring modified yoga poses using a chair as a prop, this class will give you tools for finding body release while at your work station!

We will explore poses meant to gently open the hips, psoas and heart center. Using the calming effects of breath combined with gentle strengthening postures and accessible stretches, this class is meant to bring you into the parasympathetic nervous system for an ultimate release from your day.

You will need:

  • Chair with no wheels
  • Comfortable clothing
