Dr. Faiz Ahmad Khan: Advancing Indigenous Respiratory Health

Dr. Faiz Ahmad Khan is leading an initiative in Nunavik to combat tuberculosis (TB) and make respiratory care more accessible for Indigenous communities living in remote areas. Not only are these populations disproportionately affected by TB, but there is also a significant care gap due to systemic barriers and a history of Indigenous communities being left out of medical research.
