Darwin Web Form for New Login Access Requests for Research and Teaching staff.

This Web form is to be completed for research and teaching staff (PIs, technicians, students, instructors...) to request new login access to the Darwin Software only.

Note that office users (animal facility supervisors, buyers, census coordinators...) are to use another request form.

If you have received an email stating that you should have your access renewed, please be advised that access renewal will be done automatically by a member of the ACO. Please do not fill out the form below for renewals.  For any difficulties with access, please email animalcare.rgo [at] mcgill.ca (ACO).

Note that the permissions requested in the last question will be validated with the PI via email before they are granted.


This is the short ID used for many McGill logins and it is the first letter of your first name and the first 5 letters of your last name and sometimes followed by a number. Example: jsmith3.
Specify the site with which you are affiliated. If more than one site, please select only one.
Please supply all pertinent information pertaining to your request.
It can be one or more of the following: 1- Animal Orders; 2- Protocol Management; 3- Financials/invoices; 4- View Protocols only.
