DESCRIPTION:This session will be hosted on Zoom – link and password will be
  provided to those who RSVP. \n\nThe purpose of this program is to foster 
 the emergence of new research niches in all scientific fields covered by F
 RQNT and enhance the ability of Quebec researchers to compete in federal c
 ompetitions by carrying out innovative projects\; to promote the pooling o
 f researchers with the complementary expertise needed to carry out a resea
 rch project\, and to provide a conducive environment to high-caliber stude
 nt training and supervision.\n\nResearchers with projects in the natural s
 ciences\, mathematical sciences and engineering who are planning to apply 
 to the upcoming FRQNT Team Research Project competition (2023-2024) are en
 couraged to attend this information session\, which will include:\n\nA pre
 sentation about the objectives and application requirements of the FRQNT T
 eam Grants program by Michelle Picard-Aitken\, Senior Grants and Agreement
 s Officer\, and Agnes Wong\, Grants and Agreements Officer\, OSR\;\n	A pres
 entation on tips and best practices for preparing a successful FRQNT Team 
 grant application by Prof. Thomas Szkopek (Department of Electrical and Co
 mputer Engineering).\n	A question and answer period where participants will
  be encouraged to raise any questions they may have about the program or t
 he application process.\n \n\nPlease be aware that the FRQNT has made seve
 ral changes to the program this year\, including changes affecting the eli
 gibility of the Principal Investigator and the minimum number of co-invest
 igators. See the “Caractéristiques” and “Admissibilité” sections (currentl
 y available in French only) of the FRQNT program guidelines when determini
