  (OSR) is pleased to invite McGill faculty members and administrators to a
 n information session on FRQNT’s Team Research Project Program. The purpos
 e of this program is to foster the emergence of new research niches in all
  scientific fields covered by FRQNT and enhance the ability of Quebec rese
 archers to compete in federal competitions by carrying out innovative proj
 ects\; to promote the pooling of researchers with the complementary expert
 ise needed to carry out a research project\, and to provide a conducive en
 vironment to high-calibre student training and supervision.\n \nResearcher
 s in natural sciences\, mathematical sciences and engineering who are plan
 ning to apply to the upcoming FRQNT Team Research Project competition (201
 5-2016) are encouraged to attend this information session.\n \nThe session
  will include:\n1.      Brief presentation of the objectives and requireme
 nts of the FRQNT Team Research Project grants by Linda Kemp\, Grants Offic
 er\n2.      Presentations of McGill researchers with experience as committ
 ee members and/or grant awardees under this program. They will provide pot
 ential applicants with insider information about the peer-review system an
