Cognitive Behavioral Therapy For Anxiety & Depression- The Basic Skills

This 90 minute workshop will introduce students to a variety of cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques to help manage anxiety and mood, including strategies for relaxation, managing stress, and achieving more balanced thinking. 

Please register 24 hours prior to the start time of the workshop to receive the invitation to the online meeting.
