Research Committee Presentation Guidelines

The Radiology Research Committee meets approximately once a month. Please note there may be cancellations or delays with the committee meetings. Residents will be notified at the earliest time possible.

  • Submit your final protocol a week prior to the Research Committee scheduled meeting.
  • Please ensure that the final version of the protocol does not contain any tracked changes or comments.
  • Presentation should be a maximum of 20 minutes long
  • Presentation will be followed with a question period from the Committee Members
  • PowerPoint presentation is not mandatory
  • Be on time for your scheduled presentation 
  • You will be e-mailed your approval/denial by the next working day
