Dr Turecki study of the correlation between suicide (unassisted) and depression highlighted in El Libero (Chile)

Gustavo Turecki, director of the Department of Psychiatry at McGill University (Canada), investigates the correlation between suicide (unassisted) and depression. Although not all people suffering from depression commit suicide, scientific evidence has shown that between 60 and 90 percent of suicide cases were due to symptoms of depression.
