The HBHL Trainee Committee would like to invite you to our January Trainee Get-Together on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at 5-6:30PM via Zoom. We kindly thank our sponsors BioLegend® for their generous contribution to support our HBHL Get-Togethers.
This month, we are excited to have Dr. Jean-Baptiste Poline, Associate Professor in the Department of Neurology and Neurosurgery, as our Keynote Presenter, who would be introducing us to “Is open science an answer for a more reproducible research in neuroscience?”
Additionally, we are spotlighting a career talk by Dr. Noha Gerges from Mitacs through an introduction on Mitacs and the career opportunities available. We are also introducing another HBHL Fellow through a ten-minute Flash Talk by Ali Fazlollahi, an MSc trainee from Dr. Rolando Del Maestro's lab, which would be on the "Effectiveness of the Virtual Operative Assistant Compared to Expert-based Instruction in Neurosurgical Training".
There will be two $25 Indigo gift cards in this event's raffle, one for attendance at the event and another for those who participated in discussions following talks.
If you are interested in participating, please register using our online registration form and RSVP to our Facebook event. We will send a link to join the webinar prior to the event. We hope to see you there!
