From Saturday, Oct. 5 through Monday, Oct. 7, the Downtown and Macdonald Campuses will be open only to McGill students, employees and essential visitors. Many classes will be held online. Remote work required where possible. See Campus Public Safety website for details.


Du samedi 5 octobre au lundi 7 octobre, le campus du centre-ville et le campus Macdonald ne seront accessibles qu’aux étudiants et aux membres du personnel de l’Université McGill, ainsi qu’aux visiteurs essentiels. Mushirah Hossenbaccus holds a Master’s degree in Engineering with specialization in health technology (2014). She attended Concordia University and École de technologie supérieure for her Bachelor and Masters respectively. Previous work experience includes an internship at the Centre de Recherche du CHUM for her Masters project. Her work involved the technology evaluation for percutaneous cryotherapy to help with its potential acquisition in the CHUM hospitals. She is currently working with Dr. Sara Ahmed and for the CIUSSS Centre-Ouest de l'ile de Montréal.  Her principal responsibilities involve helping and coordinating various lab projects and assisting other CRIR researchers at the Constance Lethbridge Rehabilitation Center.
