Kevin Liu

Kevin is an undergraduate kinesiology student who is working as a research assistant under the supervision of Mary Ellen Macdonald and Franco Carnevale.  He is heading a study that explores the perspectives of young people on medical assistance in dying and its possible extension to include mature minors in Canada (Winter 2017 – Fall 2021).  This study is funded through the David McCutcheon Post-Doctoral Fellowship.  Kevin also co-authored the scoping review: Advancing education approaches in communication with pediatric palliative care patients.  This work was presented at 2018 International Congress on Palliative Care.  Additionally, it was funded by VOICE and a summer bursary.
