 Quebec in Abitibi-Témiscamingue (UQAT) in Rouyn-Noranda. She directs UQAT’
 s Institutional Research Chair in Chronic Pain Epidemiology\, focusing on 
 real-world medication and healthcare utilization trajectories\, survey and
  health administrative data linkage\, and sex\, gender\, and other sociode
 mographic differences in pain treatment. She also has a particular interes
 t in the validation of measurement instruments to strengthen research capa
 city in pain. Dr. Lacasse serves as Clinical Affairs co-director of the Qu
 ebec Pain Research Network (QPRN) and co-director of the Optimal Use Axis 
 of the Quebec Network on Drug Research. Her excellence in graduate supervi
 sion has been recognized multiple times\, notably with the Canadian Pain S
