How to use drop-in hours
Please note that drop-in hours are only for students who have already registered with our office. If you are a new student to McGill or have never been registered with OSD before, please contact us at 514-398-6009 or drop by our office at 1010 Sherbrooke Ouest, suite 410 on the 4th floor to set an appointment.
Drop-in appointments can be booked in person, online, or over the phone on the day of - and not before. All drop-in appointments are 15 minutes long and are given out on a first-come, first-serve basis.
During peak periods (at the beginning of the semester and before mid-term and final exam periods), drop-in time slots fill up very quickly!
If you have technology related questions, you can make an appointment to meet our Learning Skills Advisor, in person or virtually. Please email our front desk at disabilities.students [at] mcgill.ca (subject: Meeting%20with%20Adaptive%20Technology%20Advisor) for more information. Beforehand, please visit our Personal Technology Solutions page to learn about some of the tools you can use at home right away.
