How to use check-ins
Please note that check-in hours are only for students who have already registered with our office. If you are a new student to McGill or have never been registered with OSD before please contact us at 514-398-6009 or drop by our office on 3459 McTavish Street, to set an appointment.
All drop in times are given in person or over the phone on the day of and not before. All check-in appointments are 15 minutes long and are given out on a first come, first serve basis.
During peak periods (at the beginning of the semester and before mid-term and final exam periods) drop in time slots are distributed very quickly!
Check-in hours for this week
- Mondays, 2:30 - 4:30 pm.
- Tuesday, 2:00 - 4:00 pm.
- Wednesday, 10:00 - 12:00 pm.

Our timothy.swiffen [at] mcgill.ca (Access Technologist) holds office hours in the Accessible Media Room (RM-16, main floor of Redpath Library). Office hours will be held at the following times:
- Mondays, 2:30-4:00 pm.
- Thursdays, 9:00 - 11:30 am.
