Pediatric Oncology

Pediatric Oncology is dedicated to providing comprehensive multidisciplinary care to cancer patients up to 18 years of age. The program is located  in the Hematology-Oncology Day Treatment Centre at the Montreal Children's Hospital (MUHC Glen Site). 

In addition to hematologic malignancies, the Centre also has clinics in neuro-oncology and ortho-oncology. There is a long-standing commitment to clinical research and the Program is a member of the Children’s Oncology Group (COG).  Furthermore, there is a basic research team who conduct studies with the aim of  improving treatments and patient outcomes.  

The pediatric oncology group also is involved in the training of residents and fellows in the general surgery, neurosurgery and radiation oncology training programs.
