Mindless eating refers to how food psychology and the food environment influence our eating habits (how much, what and when we eat). Few of the food-related decisions we make each day are actually related to how hungry we are. Join dietician Mina Mirtaheri, from the McGill Centre for Studies in Aging, as she discuss the psychological and environmental aspects of why we choose to eat certain foods over others.
