 and Finance expert with unique knowledge of the neurotechnology industry.
 \n\nOn top of co-founding NTX Services and becoming a trusted advisor to e
 xecutives in the field of neurotechnology\, Adam has accumulated over 15 y
 ears of experience with world-renowned firms\, including the global manage
 ment-consulting firm McKinsey & Company.\n	\n	Adam holds CPA\, CFA\, CAIA an
 d PRM designations\, as well as a Graduate Degree in Accounting from HEC M
 ontreal.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRadhika Gupta\n\nRadhika Gupta is a Finance and Mark
 eting professional with buy-side investment experience and a passion for n
 eurotechnology.\n	\n	She has accumulated 10+ years of experience in various 
 industries with Fortune 500 companies and Investment Funds.\n	\n	Prior to jo
 ining NTX Services as COO\, she worked as a buy-side investment profession
 al at a $200B+ Canadian investment fund\, evaluating companies as potentia
 l investment targets for a CAD 1 billion+ portfolio.\n	\n	Radhika has intent
 ionally pursued education across various disciplines in business through a
 n MBA in Finance at McGill and a BCom in Marketing at UBC\, in order to de
 velop a holistic approach in practice. She is also a CFA Charterholder.\n
 \n\n\n\n\n\nPawel Soluch\n\nPawel Soluch is a visionary inventor of outcom
 e-driven medical devices used for diagnosis\, therapy and scientific purpo
 ses\, and is founder and formerly the CEO of NeuroDevice.\n	\n	Over 20 years
  of clinical life\, he has accumulated more than 13 years of experience as
  a CEO and he has delivered 30+ publications and conference presentations\
 , is the author of 8 patents and has brought in over USD 10 million throug
 h fundraising and research & commercialization grants.\n	\n	Beyond Pawel’s e
 xperience in building products from scratch\, he has also led regulatory a
 nd certification processes\, as well as clinical trials for medical device
 s\, and has received several awards from international and Polish communit
 ies for innovation and social impact.\n
