Transforming autism care by providing services across the lifespan through a fully integrated clinical research model

A Unique Interdisciplinary Approach

The Azrieli Centre for Autism Research Clinic (ACAR Clinic) follows a fully integrated clinical research model, wherein clinical data helps to advance research, and research informs clinical decision-making.

"Research is integrated into existing clinical care services so that families can access the research and have it feed back into their care in a tailored and accessible way.

Our goal is for families to come into a warm and inviting atmosphere and participate in a research experience with familiar faces." – Julie Scorah, Director of the ACAR Clinic
