Starting January 13, the SQI project will begin underground infrastructure work and sewer connections on University Street, north of Avenue des Pins for a period of three weeks. These activities are coordinated with the ongoing construction on both Avenue des Pins and University Street.
Key Details:
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Traffic: University Street (north of Avenue des Pins) will be reduced to a single lane during construction. Traffic will alternate, managed by traffic controllers. After 5:00 PM and on weekends, two lanes will be available.
- Pedestrian Access: Pedestrian pathways will remain open at all times.
- Patient Drop-off: The drop-off zone will be relocated to the North Wing L3 drop-off area and entrance at the top of the street.
- Parking: No stopping will be allowed on University Street. Please adhere to all signage and parking restrictions to ensure smooth operations.
- Access to The Neuro: Access to The Neuro will be maintained throughout the work. Interior signage and staff will assist with wayfinding for appointments once inside the building.
